I have had similar experiences as well Miss Neeja, I assure you. As for being left in the Void, I apologize for the inconvenience, although I must point out that I was not the one who brought you into the Void...

*Kaiya enters the Casino, she removes her traveling cloak to reveal fine silk gown in silver and not her usual Dark Jedi robes, Her long dark hair is pulled back and secured with several small crystals, more glitter in her ears and around her neck, she looks very much like a young rich heiress ready for a night out on the town, with way more money then sense. She acts like Jevn is not somewhere behind her as she sweeps through the Casino to all outside appearances they would appear as if they did not know each other when he does arrive. Kaiya makes her way to the bar and orders a Breath of Heaven in keeping with the persona she has adopted, she accepts her drink and then walks gracefully across the room towards the high stakes sabacc tables, she sips her drink slowly as she feigns interest in a young man who is clearly going to walk off with the pot in this game at least. Her dark eyes take in everything and she also carefully reaches out with the Force to probe the area looking for an easy target to play, to the outside world though all they will see is a silly rich girl getting drunk and hopefully they will tag her as an easy target.*

*Kaiya, expertly playing the role she had assigned herself, cheers as the young man she has been watching takes the pot again. She places a hand on his arm and gives him a dazzling smile*

"Hey can you teach me how to do that?"

*He looks at her and then smiles spotting an easy target. With a quick glance at the others at the table he motions to the dealer to deal her in to the next game.*

"Sure sweetheart."

*Kaiya takes a seat and takes her cards, fixing an expression of mild confusion on her face she asks.*

"So what do I do now?"

*Her clueless act seems to be paying off, and the men eagerly explain the rules, anticipating a rich payout form the beautiful but clearly not very bright heiress. The game begins.*

*As the games progress Kaiya makes sure she manages to lose plenty of money, her plan is to win it back later when the stakes get higher, She resists the urge to look around for Jevn, though she knows he is close by. As she gets progressively better the men start to get a little suspicious so she buys round after round of drinks hoping to distract them. Finally as the pot appears to be overflowing the man to her right calls sabacc, she then says quietly*

"I believe this beats you doesn't it?"

*She shows her hand and reveals she is holding an Idiots array. Smiling sweetly she bends over to collect her winnings, all 30,000 credits of them*

*The men at the tables realizing that they have been played start to protest, Kaiya stands and narrows her eyes.*

"Perhaps you would like to go over the rules with the Hutts."

*Then she leans in close to the men and whispers*

"Its never wise to bet more than you can afford to lose, including your dignity and pride Gentlemen."

*With that she moves over to the bar and tries to mingle into the crowd, hoping she now has enough credits to buy the crystal should she find one. She is also very aware that the men will be looking to take her out and recover their lost credits once she leaves. Though the rules of the Casino should keep her safe in here.*

"Do I want to know what you did to get this?"

*She takes a sip of her drink and then shoots Jevn a sideways glance and chuckles*

"So what are we going to do with my winnings then?"

*Kaiya quickly removes a throwing knife from where it was concealed strapped to her thigh and aims a perfect shot between the first mans shoulder blades. It hits he goes down hard his spine severed. She then gives chase to the last man, cursing her choice of shoues as she goes. Rounding the corner she smiles as she has him backed into a dead end. Though she is unarmed now she doesn't perceive any problem in dispatching him. She moves very slowly towards him smiling sweetly all the time. The man completely unnerved by her total lack of fear tries to fire a few clumsily aimed shots at her from his blaster. She holds out her hand and deflects them. As she moves close enough to him to remove the blaster from his hand she whispers*

"Next time learn to accept your losses my friend."

*Then she reaches up using Force speed and twists his neck, smiling as it snaps. She drops his body to the ground and turns to find Jevn*

*Makhai flowwalked into the casino. Walking shakily the young man tested out the mechanical enhanced legs he now used. Machines snaked up his back underneath his clothing in order to allow connections to his neuro system. He was thuroughly not impressed, but this was what he had to resort to in order to walk and remain independent. Still paralyzed from the waist down, Makhai now worn a permanent scowl as he appeared in the casino and quickly sat down. Adorned in only black robes, he pulled money from a bag and quickly pumped it into the machine and ordered a drink from a passing bar wait. The youth settled in for a long night of gambling and drinking as he sat in his own drowning pool of misery.*

A ripping sound could be heard abruptly as a scythe tore the fabric of reality apart, not even ten feet from the enraged Malkyn. A portal into the Void opened, and screams tore loose, gripping at the minds of all those present as the scythe withdrew and the skeletal head of a certain Half-Chiss poked out of the darkness, grinning entirely too widely. "Oh Makhai... Where are you?"

Those amber eyes fixed themselves on the crippled Mandalorian suddenly, and the look of surprise which crossed the Walker's face seemed genuine. "My, how loud you scream!"

*Screams erupted as people scattered from the crowded Casino. Makhai did not even look at the Void Walker nor move from his presence. He sat at the slot machine and played a bit longer on the device as it ate his money repeatedly.*

I'm right here. I won't be going anywhere soon. You can stay for a bit or I'll sned you a holo-postcard

*The sarcastic mandalorian sith remarked. He cared little for any contact right now and the presence of the voidwalker annoyed him and sent a slight chill through him, but he refused to let it show.*

Malkyn smiled grimly as he shook his head, then stepped all the way through the portal. His boots were noiseless on the carpeted floor next to the quiet which resounded as the doorway to the abyss snapped shut. "A postcard would never reach me, I'm afraid. It's just another lie, you see, those things."

His wings folded behind him as he took an unbidden seat next to the young Mandalorian. "But I hear your suffering. How can I not, nephew of mine?"

Nephew? all of my father's family is dead. Only his decendents live.

*Makhai leaned back in the chair and pulled a nearby drink to himself with the force and sipped it.*

Suffer? What would you care of my suffering, even if you were my uncle?

*Makhai turned on the chair to face Malkyn. Dismissively he scoffs and looks to the floor then back up at the spectral form before him. Makhai had heard that the voidwalkers were vicious and cruel, killing all in their path, but that was not what Malkyn was doing, not what was happening now.*

I...What would a dead /thing/ care of how much kriffing osik i put up with! I should only be seven years old! Yet I have a kid, killed once, been on the brink of death twice, had my back broken, shot at, and more all for his KRIFFING OSIK! He won't take responsibility for his own OSIK! I deal with it! I've always dealt with it!

*Makhai without even meaning to unloaded in a verbal bashing of his father and what he had indirectly endured from his parents.*

Than my mother doesn't even talk to me anymore. Goes off and fripping turns insane. She doesn't even know what she wants and sleeps with him and Cassus and Argento and who the kriff else knows! Kira...Kira I thought would be different! but she's just like her! Whores ALL OF THEM!

*Makhai breaks down as the pressure of it all starts to shatter the thin exterior that he had managed to construct to deal with the reality of his world and predicament. Treated like an adult for five years though with such little knowledge or training in human interactions Makhai's psyche crumbled from the pressure of it all.*

Two Time Timmy was having a very good night at the tables. A very good night. The weequay was a well known member of the Hydra, a criminal organization that rivalled the hutts on this planet, and he was well protected from their wrath. Tonight wasn't about business though, tonight was about winning half a million credits at the casino, without cheating to. His bodyguards watched for any signs of attackers, but Tim wasn't concerned. It was a good night.

It was a good night at least until the crowd parted and he saw a cloaked figure in black watching him. The crowd shifted and the figure was gone, as if it had never existed. But Tim knew it had, and with that he very nervously cached in and exited the casino. He went to his speeder which the guards checked and declared safe. He climbed in and they closed the door behind him. Tim looked out the window searching for the figure.

"You made a good haul tonight," said a harsh, reedy and rasping voice.

Two Time Tim jumped almost a foot in the air. His driver in the front didn't notice anything, nor did the guards, in fact they were sitting perfectly still while the world outside the speeder moved, as if they were frozen in place. "Bloody Hell Nahlos, no need to scare me like that."

A beak, poking out from under the cowl of the hood cracked open in hissing laughter. "That was my goal Timothy."

"What do you want?"

"Careful. You should be saying what are my orders?"

Tim shrugged. "Sorry I'll try to be more polite next time."

The figure laughed again. "Don't worry Timothy, people easily lose their manners when startled. However, I do have a job for you."

"What kind?"

"The credit making kind. You are selling the assassin droids you've been receiving on the black market, yes?"

Tim nodded his head and let out a pent up breath. "Yes, and making a nice profit to."

"Hold on to some. I may have a purpose for them later."

"Of course, as you wish."

From the folds of the black robes a clawed hand pulls a datacard. "I also want you to keep an eye on the weapons market. I am hearing rumors..." The beak stopped and trailed off for a moment, "...keep an eye out for unusual things, and keep me informed."

"As you wish my lord."

The beak nodded. "That will be all, Timothy, you can go back to your game."

And suddenly the robed figure was gone, as if he had never been there. The guards started moving. The driver turned to look at him. "Where to sir?"

Two Time Tim reached for the largest bottle of alcohol his speeder had in it. "Home, and step on it," he said. It had been a good night, but now Two Time Tim only wanted to go home and drown his fears in the largest bottle of gin he could find and curse the day that he had started working for Hydra and Nahlos.
